Job Summary
Security Director for a mall security contract responsible for managing Supervisors and staff, overseeing performance, service and budget for assigned accounts, and maintaining a safe environment. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments, ensure compliance with safety and security policies, develop and implement security procedures, train security officers, manage post orders, conduct daily/weekly reporting, and lead staffing and security operations to meet client requirements. Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with operations, clients, and authorities are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
