Security Director

Oversee security operations at Dartmouth Mall for an Andy Frain Services contract. Lead and manage Supervisors and staff across assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to post orders, safety standards, and customer service expectations. Develop and implement security procedures, coordinate with local police and fire departments, manage team performance and budget, provide training and leadership, and maintain professional relations with clients and facility stakeholders. Responsibilities include daily/weekly reporting, ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, and driving initiatives to improve security and safety across the site. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic facility environment.
