Job Summary
Directs security operations at Dartmouth Mall under the Andy Frain Services contract, overseeing performance, service quality, and budget for assigned accounts. Responsible for managing Supervisors and staff, establishing security procedures, training and supervising security personnel, and maintaining safe facility operations. Builds relationships with local police and fire departments, ensures compliance with safety policies, oversees post orders and incident reporting, and coordinates with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) in management position within Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
