Job Summary
Direct security operations for a Dartmouth Mall contract, overseeing security staff and supervisors, ensuring post orders are followed, maintaining daily/weekly logs, coordinating with local police and fire departments, developing and implementing security procedures, and managing budgets and training to deliver safe, compliant facility security; strong leadership, knowledge of life safety systems and CCTV, and ability to liaise with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and security outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system; 1 year in management position within Security Industry; Valid Driver’s License; Complete background checks; CPR/First Aid a plus.
