Security Director responsible for managing a security contract, overseeing supervisors and staff, ensuring compliance and safety, coordinating with local authorities, and developing security programs and staffing plans to protect facilities and clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access control
- One year of management experience within Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
