Job Summary
Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing a mall contract (Patrick Henry Mall). Responsible for managing Supervisors and staff, overseeing performance, service and budget, establishing security procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for employees, vendors, and clients. Develops and implements post orders, rounds, logs/reports; coordinates with local police/fire departments; ensures staff training and compliance; leads recruitment, staffing plans, and payroll administration; maintains relationships with customers and city representatives; drives overall security operations, safety programs, and customer service quality. Requires leadership experience, knowledge of life safety and CCTV systems, people-management skills, and the ability to adapt security programs to various sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
