Security Director

Job Summary
Security Director handles end-to-end security management for a contract: leading Supervisors and staff, owning performance, service, and budget for assigned accounts; developing and enforcing security procedures; establishing relations with local police and fire departments and facility stakeholders; guiding post orders, rounds, and reporting; training Security Officers and Shift Leads; ensuring compliance with life safety, CCTV, access control, and safety policies; maintaining professional representation and client satisfaction while building teams and driving operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
- Background investigation required for employment
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
