Job Summary
Security Director responsible for managing a security contract at Dartmouth Mall. Lead Supervisors and staff, oversee performance, service and budget for assigned accounts, and ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments, facility management, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement security procedures; ensure post orders, rounds, and reporting; train and supervise security personnel; coordinate payroll and staffing; monitor compliance with safety policies and applicable laws; drive client satisfaction and contract performance through effective leadership, operations, and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- Background investigation clearance requirements may apply
