Job Summary
Security Director at Dartmouth Mall responsible for managing a security contract, supervising Supervisors and staff, and ensuring performance, service, and budget goals. Establish and maintain relationships with local police and fire departments, facility stakeholders, and reporting teams. Develop and implement security procedures, oversee life-safety systems, post orders, rounds, and reporting logs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Lead staffing, training, and supervision of security personnel, coordinate with Operations management, and drive customer service excellence while maintaining professional image and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
