Job Summary
Security Director at Dartmouth Mall for Andy Frain Services: lead and manage a security contract, oversee Supervisors and staff, own performance, service, and budget accountability, and ensure a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors. Key duties include establishing relationships with local police/fire departments, implementing security procedures, enforcing post orders, supervising training of officers, coordinating with Operations management on account performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Requires leadership, staffing design, recruitment of personnel, payroll/administrative oversight, and the ability to adapt to multiple sites while maintaining professional standards and high customer service. Must meet licensing requirements and possess or obtain relevant certifications; background checks and state licensing conditions apply. Salary around $60,000 annually with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
