Job Summary
Security Director responsible for managing a Dartmouth Mall security contract, overseeing Supervisors and staff, and taking full accountability for performance, service, and budget. Establishes and maintains relationships with local police and fire departments, supports facility needs, ensures compliance with safety policies, leads post orders execution, and directs security procedures and training to protect employees, vendors, and visitors. Demonstrates leadership, coordinates payroll/reports, and ensures effective security coverage across posts while driving customer service and safety improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
