Security Director

Security Director at Dartmouth Mall responsible for managing the security contract, supervising Supervisors and staff, and owning overall performance, service, and budget for assigned accounts. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments and coordinate with facility reports and other stakeholders. Develop and implement security procedures, ensure post orders are followed, conduct rounds and reporting, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Lead training and development of security personnel, counsel and discipline as needed, and collaborate with Operations management to ensure adequate security coverage and client satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of life safety, CCTV systems, and access control, oversee equipment operation and incident reporting, and drive continuous improvement in security operations and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to work closely with clients and local authorities.
