Job Summary
Security Director for Dartmouth Mall contract overseeing a security program, managing Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service, and budget compliance, and maintaining a safe environment. Lead in developing and implementing security procedures, coordinating with local police and fire departments, managing post orders, conducting rounds, and ensuring accurate reporting and logs. Responsible for training Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and maintaining professional standards and client relations. Must possess strong leadership, budgeting, staffing, and program development skills to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
