Security Director

Job Summary
Security Director responsible for managing a security contract, overseeing Supervisors and staff, and ensuring performance, service, and budget compliance. Establish relationships with local police/fire departments and facility contacts; enforce post orders and safety programs; develop security procedures; maintain emergency policies; coordinate training and disciplinary actions; ensure quality customer service and reporting; manage staffing plans and security operations across client sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background investigation clearance
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
