Job Summary
Security Director at Dartmouth Mall overseeing a security contract; responsible for managing Supervisors and staff, performance, service, and budget across assigned accounts; ensures a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel; develops and enforces security procedures, rounds, and post orders; builds relationships with local police and fire departments and coordinates with facility reports; leads training and disciplinary actions as needed, and submits payroll and reports while maintaining compliance with safety and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
