Job Summary
Security Director for Dartmouth Mall contract: oversee security operations, manage Supervisors and staff, and assume full responsibility for performance, service, and budget for assigned contracts. Develop and implement security procedures, maintain life-safety readiness, and ensure compliance with policies and laws. Build and maintain relationships with local police and fire departments, coordinate post orders, rounds, and reporting, and lead training to maintain a professional, high-standard security team. Strong leadership, operational, and customer-service focus essential; duties include staffing design, personnel development, payroll reporting, and liaising with clients to meet security needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
