Job Summary
Direct and manage security operations at Patrick Henry Mall for Andy Frain Services. Oversee Supervisors and staff, maintain accountability for performance, service, and budget of the assigned contracts, and ensure a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors. Establish working relationships with local police and fire departments, facility personnel, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement security procedures, monitor life safety and CCTV systems, conduct post inspections, coordinate training, prepare and file reports, and provide leadership to Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers. Maintain compliance with policies, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
