Job Summary
Security Director responsible for managing a security contract at Dartmouth Mall. Oversees accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff, manages service and budget for assigned contracts, and maintains a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments and facility stakeholders. Develops and enforces security procedures, post orders, training programs, and reporting logs; ensures compliance with safety policies and regulations; leads staffing and security plans, and coordinates with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
