Job Summary
Security Director at Dartmouth Mall (Andy Frain Services): leads and manages a security contract, overseeing supervisors and staff, accountable for performance, service, and budget across assigned accounts. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments and facility stakeholders; ensures a safe environment for employees, vendors, and visitors. Develops and implements security procedures, conducts post orders, ensures rounds and reports/logs are filed, and coordinates training of security personnel. Responsible for staffing plans, payroll administration, and maintaining compliance with safety and security programs, laws, and policies. Demonstrates strong leadership, professional presentation, and the ability to adapt to various sites while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. Salary in the posting is $60,000 with benefits listed (Vacation/PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) in a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
