Job Summary
Security Director to manage a Security contract at Patrick Henry Mall. Oversees accountability of Supervisors and staff, responsible for performance, service and budget of assigned contracts, and for maintaining a safe environment. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments, facility reports, and other stakeholders. Demonstrates leadership, adherence to core values, and compliance with training. Provides lead direction at client sites, enforces security programs, ensures post orders are followed, and maintains logs/reports. Develops security procedures, ensures life safety system knowledge, and coordinates with management for staffing, training, payroll, and client communication. Requires strong organizational, customer service, and people-management skills, with ability to adapt to multiple site requirements and regulatory licensing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
