Job Summary
Director-level security management responsible for overall performance, budget, and staff across the security contract at Patrick Henry Mall. Manages accountability of Supervisors and staff, provides lead direction at client site, enforces security/safety programs, ensures post orders are followed, completes rounds and reports, develops security procedures, maintains emergency policies, coordinates with local authorities, trains security personnel, handles payroll and staffing plans, and sustains high-level customer service and safety compliance across accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
