Job Summary
Security Director at Dartmouth Mall contract: oversee security operations, manage Supervisors and staff, and hold accountability for performance, service, and budget. Develop and implement security procedures, ensure compliance with life safety standards, coordinate with local police and fire departments, maintain post orders, logs, and reports, train and lead security personnel, and maintain professional relations with clients to deliver quality security services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver's License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
