Job Summary
Security Director responsible for managing a security contract at Patrick Henry Mall, overseeing Supervisors and staff, and accountable for performance, service and budget. Develops and implements security procedures, maintains life safety and CCTV capabilities, coordinates with local police and fire departments, trains and disciplines staff, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and provides high-level leadership and client-facing service to maintain safe operations and secure facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
