Security (Day Shift)

Hotel Security role at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego ensuring guest safety and high-touch hospitality. Core duties include patrolling hotel grounds and facilities, responding to disturbances, de-escalating conflicts, escorting disruptive guests, securing keys and access points, and coordinating with local law enforcement as needed. Requires clear communication, the ability to handle stressful situations, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the physical ability to lift and move heavy objects. On-site, full-time, day shift; hourly compensation and equal-opportunity employer.
