Job Summary
Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure guest, employee, and property safety while monitoring public areas for suspicious activity. Prevent unauthorized access by securing doors, windows, gates, and storage areas, and respond to alarms or investigate disturbances. Record and report security incidents, liaise with management on fire and health matters, and handle difficult situations calmly. Contact emergency services when required and ensure unauthorized individuals do not enter restricted zones. Carry out all duties professionally in accordance with Cyprus legislation. Work shifts as required in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a 5★ hotel environment
- Certified Security Officer
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Professional, trustworthy and responsible personality
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Availability to work shifts when required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Greek or additional languages will be considered an advantage
