Job Summary
Deliver effective and compliant onboarding of clients, insurers, and counterparties while managing assigned projects and contributing to wider team initiatives. Maintain records to produce metrics, update measures for efficiency, and ensure Company systems contain up-to-date information. Liaise between Business Units and senior management to provide relevant management information, develop technical expertise in Insurer Terms of Business Agreements, and mentor Business Units. Assist with Agency/Intermediary questionnaires and utilize information captured within Company systems. Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Self motivated
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience of operating in the compliance department/Security & Counterparty department of a public company in the UK regulatory environment
Desired Qualifications
- an understanding of regulations within the insurance broking industry
- studied insurance or commerce as part of their education
