Job Summary
Organize trip book materials for COMUSMARCENT travel using SC information systems and databases. Support SC planning by managing Combatant Command and Service-level tasks, perform data entry for SC events, and generate customized regional activity reports. Coordinate the SC Lessons Learned Program by storing and categorizing After Action Reports. Construct country budget projections using DoD cost data and serve as a liaison between CENTCOM TSC and MARCENT SC. Generate Concept & Funding Requests, APACS requests, and SC system entries while producing Quad Charts for weekly SVTCs. This role requires an Active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant security cooperation experience. Work is performed at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, with minimal travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant security cooperation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Security Cooperation information systems and databases
- Active Secret clearance required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, and use computer equipment for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
