Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day security operations at an assigned client site, managing a team of officers, site supervisors, and shift leads through hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance coaching. Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property while maintaining operational procedures, equipment inventories, and vehicle maintenance. Handle escalated security issues and emergencies, communicate staffing needs, and resolve employee grievances. Coordinate site-specific training, annual refresher courses, and client meetings to meet financial and operational goals. Enforce company policies and utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
- Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
- At least 5 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff
- Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience
