Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day security operations at an assigned client site, managing a team of officers and shift supervisors through hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance coaching. Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property while building relationships with clients and employees to meet financial and operational goals. Handle escalated security issues and emergencies, coordinate support services, and maintain accurate staffing records and policy communications. Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting to drive effective business management.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
- Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
- At least 5 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff
- Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience
