Job Summary
Security Control Center Operations Manager responsible for directing, training, and evaluating all Control Center Operators within a 24/7 security operation. Oversees incident response, alarm monitoring, intelligence research and analysis, travel safety, and dispatching while ensuring compliance with client procedures. Serves as primary liaison between the Control Center and Client Management; leads interviews, staff development, and KPI-driven performance reviews. Role requires on-call availability, potential for second shift/overnights, and travel to client locations (e.g., Grafton, MA).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of progressive, security-related experience
- Previous experience leading personnel in a Global Security Operations Center or similar command center
- Proficiency with electronic access control applications/hardware
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Willingness to travel to client locations (e.g., Grafton, MA) and be on-call
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
