Job Summary
Design and implement IAM architectures using the One Identity suite, managing identity lifecycle processes from joiner to leaver. Build and configure IT shop workflows, approval mechanisms, and attestation campaigns while enforcing role-based and policy-based access control frameworks. Lead SSO, federation, and authentication integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD, overseeing end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and migration projects. Provide governance and compliance alignment, lead technical teams to ensure delivery quality, and troubleshoot complex authentication issues. This role supports a high-impact IBM transformation project focused on Identity Governance and Access Management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 4–5+ years hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
- Experience with OneLogin (SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA)
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management & governance
- Strong knowledge of federation, authentication, and authorization protocols
- Experience with AD, LDAP, Azure AD integrations
- IAM architecture design and implementation experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Candidate must be open for Face-to-Face interview at IBM location if required
- Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- PAM exposure (Safeguard or similar tools)
- Cloud IAM (AWS / Azure / GCP) integration experience
- DevOps / CI-CD exposure in IAM deployments
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR)
