Security Compliance Officer

Job Summary
Security Compliance Officer will conduct audits across the site and programs to ensure physical security controls are in place, client contractual requirements are adhered to and asset management processes and policies are strictly enforced. Responsibilities include performing regular compliance audits, preparing compliance reports highlighting critical findings, participating in leadership readouts, maintaining a tracker of findings, and monitoring until action items are closed. Travel to all Philippines campuses and work onsite five days per week is required. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1+ year of security experience, strong knowledge of security principles, on-call availability after normal hours, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1+ year experience in Security
- Able to travel to all campuses within the Philippines and work onsite 5 days/week
- Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
- Availability for work after normal work hours is required
- Must have effective analytical and auditing abilities
- Must demonstrate a keen understanding of security as a business enabler
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
