Security Client Navigator

Patrol clinic premises and grounds to ensure safety of employees, clients, and visitors; engage with clients to communicate rule infractions and provide support to prevent recurrence. Enforce policies, resolve conflicts, and assist with client altercations and crisis episodes. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Use verbal de-escalation techniques to engage with escalated clients and encourage them to speak with their counselor or access support services. Take initiative to keep the grounds clean and report maintenance needs. Notify emergency personnel as needed and submit daily reports on irregularities, security incidents, or unusual occurrences. Requires standing, walking, and occasional crises support; shift is 8:00AM–4:00PM Mon-Fri with alternating Sat mornings; benefits include insurance, 401K with match, CME reimbursement, EAP, and professional development.
