Job Summary
Drive and manage information security projects across multiple business and IT domains while leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams in security transformation initiatives. Identify emerging security threats, translate them into actionable improvements, and ensure implementation of controls aligned with organizational risk posture. Collaborate closely with security management, IT teams, and business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and improve overall security maturity. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into clear business-level insights to influence stakeholders at all levels. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, balancing security requirements with business objectives pragmatically.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles
- 5+ years of experience in IT security functions
- Strong understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
- Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and developing SIEM use cases
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST maturity model
- Exposure to cloud security concepts and implementations
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in international environments
- Strong integrity and experience handling sensitive or classified information
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IT Audit
