Job Summary
Own and maintain the Change Enablement process across MSS Engine, defining the governance model and translating requirements into operational procedures. Define, maintain, and report on Change Enablement KPIs and SLAs to track health, quality, and effectiveness. Act as the central spokesperson for Change Enablement within MSS Engine, collaborating with Incident and Problem Process Owners to ensure alignment. Drive process improvements, monitor adherence, and identify systemic performance issues. Mentor junior staff, trainees, and apprentices as required. Report to the Head of Operational Excellence based in Cairo.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in alignment initiatives and Lean management
- Ability to coordinate teams
- Experience with recommendations aimed at improvement
- Experience with developing frameworks for collaboration and reporting
- Strong understanding of Change Enablement processes and service operations
- Experience with SLA and KPI management
- Language Skills: English
- Must comply with the Information Security policies and procedures in place at the time
- Must comply with the Data Protection policies and procedures in place at the time
- Must be based in Cairo
- Must be required to work normal business hours
