Job Summary
Process exception transactions, manage the contract parker program, and oversee daily facility operations including opening and closing procedures. Monitor site performance using parking management software, troubleshoot equipment errors, and ensure safety protocols are followed through periodic audits. Resolve escalated customer concerns, document incidents, and coordinate maintenance requests while maintaining accurate daily activity reports. Drive a standard vehicle to perform site inspections and fill in for front-line associates during absences. This role requires weekend availability and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- A high school degree
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
- Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity
- Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation
- Must be customer-focused and results-oriented

Desired Qualifications
- One to two years' experience in a service or related industry preferred of which 3 months must have been in a parking setting
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting
