Job Summary
Oversee CCTV operations and security monitoring, supervise and train security operators, manage shift coverage on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Knoxville, ensure access control compliance and incident reporting, and coordinate with Operations/Branch leadership to maintain safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Valid Tennessee driver’s license
- No more than one at-fault occurrence on MVR in last 5 years
- Experience in CCTV monitoring and security operations (leadership/ supervision preferred)
- Ability to supervise and train security operators
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), Monday-Friday
