Security Captain

Oversee daily officer activity, confirm all posts are properly staffed, and ensure uniform compliance with post orders and company policies. Assist with training new and current security staff across shifts, respond to call-offs, and adjust schedules to maintain coverage while limiting overtime. Step in to cover open posts when needed until relief arrives, maintain uniform inventory, and prepare clear reports documenting daily activity, incidents, and irregularities. Address on-site concerns, communicate with clients and management, monitor for policy violations, and handle delivery or pickup of company materials. Keep assigned work areas clean and organized while performing additional duties as assigned. This role reports to the Account Manager in a fast-moving environment requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
