Job Summary
Coach, monitor, and develop accountability for Advanced Patrol Officers and Patrol Officers to align with company standards regarding patrol completion and report writing. Lead the Branch Manager Daily Scrum to communicate service, property, post order, and routing changes. Schedule spot checks with officers, providing feedback and recognition as needed. Promptly report client-specific information or issues to the Coordinator while executing resolutions. Participate in hiring by interviewing candidates, setting orientation dates, and communicating with the Coordinator throughout the process. Manage equipment inventory and maintenance for uniforms, vehicles, and devices. Ensure schedules are complete to fulfill contracted services, covering shifts as necessary to minimize overtime. Recommend and issue disciplinary action for personnel violating Standard Operating Procedures while providing positive recognition for exceeding expectations. Communicate weekly with the Coordinator to review score cards, route reviews, and operation priorities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience supervising a team of at least 20 people
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
