Security/Bouncer

Greet and identify guests, inform patrons about entertainment charges during live music, and maintain general security of customers and the premise. De-escalate situations that could become problematic, monitor the front entrance and patio access for guests with pets, and assist servers by running dishes to the dish room. Perform closing duties by staying with employees until the alarm is set and ensuring staff reach their vehicles safely. Communicate with law enforcement regarding altercations with unruly patrons. This role includes one shift meal and two drinks during the final 30 minutes of the shift.
