Job Summary
Greet guests, verify age with proper identification, and monitor entrances, exits, and the overall security of the venue. Enforce venue rules and policies professionally while de-escalating conflicts or removing guests when necessary. Maintain crowd control, support line management, and perform routine checks of restrooms, patios, and other public areas. Communicate clearly with staff and management throughout the shift, assisting in emergency situations or coordinating with law enforcement if needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age (or as required by law)
- Previous security, bouncer, or crowd management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to stay calm, confident, and professional under pressure
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling high-energy situations
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and guest conduct
- Security certification (if required by local/state laws)
- Flexible scheduling with night and weekend shifts
