Job Summary

Develops communications, training content, and user guidance to build information security awareness and foster a secure culture for faculty, staff, and students. Creates training curricula and phishing testing strategies using visual design and editing tools (Vyond, Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite). Conducts research on security topics, plans Cybersecurity Awareness Month events, analyzes data from newsletters, website traffic, phishing simulations, and training completion to improve program performance. Configures and maintains LMS content in KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas, and provides customer support as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
  • Excellent research and writing skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with learning management systems and training content development is preferred
