Security - Assistant Security Manager - SE1

Assist in planning resource levels to ensure the park has the required security staffing. Utilize team members to effectively patrol the park, providing a deterrent and preventing situations where necessary. Manage incidents and situations, ensuring correct escalation, reporting, and full unbiased investigations with detailed statements. Oversee security technology and CCTV, using on-park systems to review security data. Identify vulnerabilities and risks, liaising with local enforcement authorities for routine inspections. Promote security awareness to colleagues and attend regional meetings. Requires current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision), clean UK driving licence, and ability to manage a budget and rota in a high-pressure environment.
