Job Summary
Oversee daily security operations at the Camp Hill, PA distribution center, ensuring loss prevention efficiencies and full responsibility for implementing departmental policies. Supervise team members, conduct investigations, and lead EHS event closures while reviewing time entries and approving corrections. Demonstrate knowledge of yard management and operating systems, ensuring compliance with security standards, EHS guidelines, and employee relations procedures. Recommend improvements to physical security controls and serve as a liaison with Corporate Risk Management and Loss Prevention. Own safety performance for all direct reports and participate in proactive prevention committees.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated people leadership and employee development experience
- Operational background - distribution center/warehouse environment
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels within the organization
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational capabilities
- Adaptability to new working conditions in a fast-paced environment and able to work a flexible schedule including increased peak season hours as needed
- Associate's degree or higher in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent years of work-related experience
