Security Area Manager - Distribution Center

Job Summary
Oversee daily security operations at the Camp Hill, PA distribution center, implementing loss prevention programs and supervising team members. Demonstrate knowledge of yard management and operating systems while opening and conducting investigations, including leading EHS event closures. Review and approve time entries in production management systems, own safety performance for direct reports, and ensure compliance with security, EHS, and employee relations guidelines. Recommend improvements to physical security controls and serve as a liaison with Corporate Risk Management. Participate in proactive committees to prevent environmental and quality occurrences.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated people leadership and employee development experience
- Operational background - distribution center/warehouse environment
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels within the organization
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational capabilities
- Adaptability to new working conditions in a fast-paced environment and able to work a flexible schedule including increased peak season hours as needed
- Associate's degree or higher in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent years of work-related experience
