Security Architect

Define the cloud security framework and document the implementation of cloud security controls for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Lead platform upgrades, patch management, and environment migrations while designing and maintaining IIQ architecture including connectors, workflows, and role models. Define Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle processes, manage Role-Based Access Control frameworks, and develop Separation of Duties policies. Design and run access certification campaigns to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS. Develop and maintain connectors for applications including Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, Workday, and Azure AD. Write BeanShell and Java rules, custom workflows, and maintain solution design documents and operational guides. Collaborate with business owners, application teams, HR, and security to gather requirements and provide training to L1/L2 support teams. Act as the escalation point for complex IAM incidents and service requests.
