Security and data protection Officer - Korea

Champion cutting-edge security strategies that protect customers, employees, and business partners while serving as the primary liaison with Korean regulators and global stakeholders. Lead ISMS readiness and ongoing regulatory compliance, acting as the accountable officer for audits and reporting. Define and implement enterprise information security strategy, embedding security into every layer of technology transformation projects including POS, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Build and inspire a local security team, manage external partners, and establish continuous monitoring capabilities across all Korea data environments. Serve as incident commander for security incidents and ensure rapid response aligned with regulatory expectations. This role expands into APAC regional governance, standardizing frameworks across markets with direct support from the Technology Global Team.
