Security Analyst (Incident Response)

Job Summary
Investigate cyber incidents, perform triage, coordinate containment and recovery, and tune SIEM content while monitoring, analyzing, and resolving cybersecurity issues. Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and briefings to support compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture and protect mission-critical systems in a federal environment. Requires three years of security experience, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications including CEH or CySA+.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years security experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- CEH or CySA+ plus one qualifying DoD 8140 certification (Cloud+, GCED, GFACT, GISF, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+, etc.)
- Active TS/SCI
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
