Security Analyst III - Counterintelligence

Job Summary
Conduct counterintelligence investigations, operations, collection, analysis, and production to detect and neutralize foreign intelligence efforts, sabotage, and terrorist activities targeting the Missile Defense Agency. Provide CI support to conferences, off-site events, and RDA programs while managing the CI Awareness and Reporting program and cyber forensics laboratory operations. Lead sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems independently or under daily supervision in compliance with DoD policies and laws. Requires Top Secret with SCI eligibility, formal CI certification, and 8+ years of missile defense experience. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel 0-5% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 8+ years working on missile defense-related or another DoD program/project
- Must be formally CI trained and certified to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
- Ability to travel 0-5% to CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and Holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields
- Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures
- Previous experience in DOD security or DOD intelligence
