Job Summary
Security Analyst (CXM) at Dentsu/Merkle based in the Czech Republic (Brno or Prague) working in a hybrid setup. You will conduct product security assessments against defined security requirements, support remediation plans with Product and DevOps teams, assist with risk management across the practice area, and collaborate with Cyber Operations, Security Architecture, Pen Testing, and Risk teams to embed security early in the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing existing and new products for security requirements, facilitating vulnerability remediation, handling incident support as needed, and ensuring third-party assessments. Familiarity with security tooling (secrets scanning, dependency scanning, SAST), knowledge of GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, and awareness of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) are valuable. Optional familiarity with Wiz and OneTrust is a plus. The role emphasizes practical security guidance, secure design practices, and supporting client RFIs and due diligence. Required Qualifications
- Security analyst experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with security testing and vulnerability management
- Familiarity with code repositories and security tooling (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security controls
- Security-related certifications or training a plus (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISM, Network+)
